We’re having some minor difficulties with our computer mainframe right now, but I think we’ve pinned down the problem. We fed it this week’s playlist, and thirty seconds into “Final Notice”, the circuitboard caught fire. So yeah, this one’s a bit unforgiving.

Featuring music from:

Chrome. Sci-fi space punks, data scramblers, masters of the glitch.

Viagra Boys. Sweden’s sultans of sketch. Perhaps the country’s greatest musical export since ABBA.

Damaged Bug. As if Thee Oh Sees weren’t strange enough, John Dwyer had to go off on his own and venture even further along the fringe. Sounds like he met a few robots along the way.

Suicide. The first (and only) synth-punk band that ever really mattered. We opted for a song from the softer side of their repertoire. —Jackson Todd
