Reef turned 40 this year and we felt it our duty to celebrate with ‘em. So, of course we had to make a slide that encapsulated all that history but more importantly it had to be something that propels us all into the next 40 together.

Something irreverent and fun, maybe with a Y2K DNA and a sprinkle of Bobby Martinez circa 2007. Oh, and it had to have a Fanning bottle opener. And be able to be worn by both Rob Machado and his daughter Rose.

What came out is something that looks like it was buried in a vault from who-knows-what era. We actually found ‘em in Rob Machado’s closet to be honest and repurposed them. New vintage, finally ready for their moment.
