I love good underground Surfing

Over the course of the last few weeks, there’s probably been a thousand surf edits of the forgettable variety. I usually let other outlets take care of the distribution of those. That way, when a stylish little piece like this from a filmmaker I dig (Billy Lee-Pope) and a surfer with a unique approach (Robbie Rickard) comes through, it feels good to post it. There’s some fun warm waves shot pre-Covid and some smokey ones shot during the Australian fires, plus a couple funky wedges to dissect and a good tune playing. Hit play and enjoy the fact that you’re lucky enough to be a surfer and that watching this little jam brings you joy.
