Josiah Amico makes Cheap Entertainment

It’s hard to watch something these days without getting sidetracked…maybe it’s just me. But I think we’re all suffering from the overload of sick surfing that we can hardly slow down for. There are videos of the craziest barrels ever witnessed being uploaded to every medium across social media daily. I bookmark pages that I have to come back and watch when I have more time, but then more and more get added to the list. The content piles up and at some point I give up, cut my losses and start fresh again — often missing really sick stuff.

Today I did that I started with this film that Josiah Amico made with the help of some of the finest filmmakers in the biz. Some mighty fine work from someone that works full-time at Trader Joe’s and is doing this surfing thing as a side hustle.

We’re big fans of Josiah, he’s the nicest dude ever and we love running into him. You’ll remember him from that pit he got with the Chapter 11 boys last winter (see it again at 3:46). But this vid is totally worth ignoring everything around you for a full 5 minutes.—Brandon
