New Hangover Cure

Have you ever woke up a little dusty on a weekday, maybe filled with guilt from that third martini you probably shouldn’t have had? Maybe there was a subsequent and excessive late night YouTube music video deep dive that followed and it joins in with the pang of remorse for not responding to a text or email or phone call from a colleague the day before. If so, have you ever been instantly healed thanks to a well-timed skate video part? Well, I can attest to the power and I am a believer!

Today, at just the right moment in the May gray early morning of my California home, I nearly succumbed to the mind moths of hangover and dread when I stumbled upon this Yeah Right! part from Brian Anderson set to Interpol. The homies at Jenkem randomly posted it to their IG to hype a show and party with a band called Been Stellar. It’s tonight in NYC (if you’re there, you should go its at Baby’s Alright, you know the spot). Well, little did they know that they saved my hungover head and sent me to the beach whistling a new tune. I tore the hell out of my local beach break and have never felt better.
