We have a pattern of being really big fans of surfers who are extremely talented but lacking the prowess and mindset of being “a champion.” It’s a characteristic of all of our favorite surfers.

While most people would call being unpredictable, your own worst enemy, or trying to be too many places at once negative traits, we’re convinced it’s what makes them so great. And fun to watch, hang with and be around. They don’t believe the hype on themselves and continue to live like they are and we like that.

Introducing the latest member to this club: Eithan Osborne. In his new film “Skinny Meat Head” by Chapter 11 we get a look into the disheveled Venturian’s world through Coors Light goggles and it only makes everything clearer. We love the vid, the soundtrack is a trip down memory lane and the opening Modest Mouse song “Shit Luck” has been destined to soundtrack a rad surfer and it finally met it’s perfect match: The Skinny Meat Head from Ventura.
