Aug 15 12 Songs: Cruise Control Pt. 2

It’s been a little over a week since we set up shop in Huntington Beach for an evening of surf flicks, art, libations and unlawful noise levels. If you’re like us and your ears are still ringing (which may partially be my fault), we’ve gone ahead and done the dirty work of putting together an ear friendly, low decibel collection of tunes for your listening pleasure.

A more introspective take on our “Cruise Control” playlist from early May, this week’s shift in mood should come as a welcome one — featuring glimpses into the softer side of groups known best for their edge and ferocity like Fugazi and Dead Moon, classics from subculture legends like Television Personalities, and other miscellaneous cruiser tracks, this should set the pace for your week nicely.
